Mutlu hakk\u0131nda, modifiye ara\u00e7 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in 8 bin 306 TL idari para cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc belgesine iki ay s\u00fcreyle el konuldu ve 100 ceza puan\u0131n\u0131 doldurdu\u011fu i\u00e7in de psikoteknik de\u011ferlendirmeden ge\u00e7mesine karar verildi.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
Kendi geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi arac\u0131n\u0131n 500 litre yak\u0131t deposuna sahip oldu\u011funu ve 3 bin kilometreye kadar yak\u0131t ikmali olmadan gidebildi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Mutlu, “4 bin motor g\u00fcc\u00fcne ve saatte 350-400 kilometre h\u0131za sahiptir.” demi\u015fti.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
