Ancak h\u00fccre ya\u015flanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda veya strese girdi\u011finde \u00e7ekirdekten sal\u0131narak h\u00fccrenin b\u00f6l\u00fcnmeyi durdurdu\u011fu ve bozulmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201csenesens\u201d s\u00fcrecini tetikliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ekibine g\u00f6re HMGB1\u2019in iki formu var. \u0130ndirgenmi\u015f (reduced) form, oksijen azl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 h\u00fccrelere ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda onlar\u0131 da ya\u015fland\u0131r\u0131yor. Oksitlenmi\u015f (oxidized) form ise ayn\u0131 etkiyi g\u00f6stermiyor; h\u00fccreler normal \u015fekilde b\u00f6l\u00fcnmeye devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fmada, insan b\u00f6brek, akci\u011fer, kas ve cilt h\u00fccreleri indirgenmi\u015f HMGB1\u2019e maruz b\u0131rak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bu h\u00fccreler h\u0131zla ya\u015flanma belirtileri (senesens) ve iltihap molek\u00fclleri salg\u0131lamaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Oksitlenmi\u015f formda ise h\u00fccreler sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 kald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Fare deneylerinde de benzer sonu\u00e7lar elde edildi. Gen\u00e7, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 farelere indirgenmi\u015f HMGB1 enjekte edildi\u011finde, sadece bir hafta i\u00e7inde erken ya\u015flanma belirtileri g\u00f6zlendi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>YA\u015eLILARDA Y\u00dcKSEK SEV\u0130YEDE<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>70-80 ya\u015f aral\u0131\u011f\u0131ndaki yeti\u015fkinlerden al\u0131nan kan \u00f6rneklerinde indirgenmi\u015f HMGB1 seviyesinin, 40\u2019l\u0131 ya\u015flardaki bireylere k\u0131yasla \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu belirlendi.
