Exor, Torino merkezli grupta \u015fu anda y\u00fczde 27,1 hisseye sahip ve oy haklar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 43,1’ini elinde bulunduruyor. Exor, Iveco’daki hissesini Tata’ya devretmeyi kabul etti.<\/p>\n

Birle\u015fen grup, y\u0131lda 540 bin adetten fazla sat\u0131\u015f ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 22 milyar euro gelirle \u00f6nemli bir k\u00fcresel varl\u0131\u011fa sahip olacak.<\/p>\n

Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l gelirlerinin y\u00fczde 74’\u00fcn\u00fc Avrupa’dan elde eden Iveco, Tata Motors i\u00e7in iyi bir e\u015fle\u015fme olabilir.
