M\u00fcnhale Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s T\u00fcrk Cumhuriyeti\u2019nde en az 3 (\u00fc\u00e7) y\u0131l avukat olarak g\u00f6rev yapm\u0131\u015f olan veya Hukuk Fak\u00fcltesini bitirmi\u015f olup, Hukuk alan\u0131nda Doktoras\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayarak \u201c\u00d6\u011fretim G\u00f6revlisi\u201d olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f olan ki\u015filer 17 Ocak 2025 mesai bitimine kadar Y\u00fcksek Mahkeme Genel Sekreterli\u011fine ba\u015fvuruda bulunulabilecek.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00fcnhale ba\u015fvuru ile ilgili detayl\u0131 bilgiler www.mahkemeler.net sayfas\u0131ndan temin edilebilecek.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede ve uluslararas\u0131 mahkemelerde Y\u00fcksek Yarg\u0131 mensuplar\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan raport\u00f6rler Y\u00fcksek Mahkemede g\u00f6rev yapan yarg\u0131\u00e7lara yarg\u0131lama i\u015flemlerindeki hukuki ihtilaflarla ilgili notlar haz\u0131rlamak, olgular\u0131 \u00f6zetlemek, mevzuat ve hukuki durum ile ilgili ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar yaparak destek sa\u011fl\u0131yor.
